We are a made-to-order enterprise. Our Printers & Dropshippers create and customizes each order (Prints, Framed Prints, Canvas Prints and Merchandise) to our customer’s standards. We do not hold merchandise stock. Therefore, returns & exchanges increase our costs quite drastically. They also have a negative impact on the environment. We appeal to our customers to keep this information in mind when purchasing.

If you are unsure about sizes, please use the size charts we provide in our product description. Pleased read them carefully and ensure picking the colours and variations which suits you best.

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If your order arrives and doesn’t fit, please let us know. In these cases, the purchase price itself is non-refundable but we can offer an exchange for a more suitable product. Right of Withdrawal:

European law allows customers to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Should you wish to exercise your withdrawal right, please e-mail us, explaining your reasons. In the event of a production error (damaged clothing, incorrect design etc.), including clear pictures in your email is imperative. Depending on delivery area, we provide our customers with the exact return address, for each case. It’s imperative you return our goods to this exact, specified address, within 14 days of your withdrawal message. Once your return has arrived at the specified address, we’ll process your refund within 10-14 business days.

Cancellations:

When payment is received, the buyer enters into a binding contract, and the order data automatically gets forwarded to our production. Customers can only cancel orders before their production phase.

In that case, we’ll send you the refund within the next 2 days, using the means of payment you chose during your order entry. IMPORTANT: Once our production phase begins, order cancellations as well as cancellation refunds, are no longer possible.

Jede Bestellung wird auf Anfrage speziell für dich durch unser Partnerunternehmen erstellt.

Wir haben keinen Lagerbestand an Produkten, was Rücksendungen und Umtausch einfacher machen würde. Deshalb appellieren wir an unsere Kunden, beim Kauf eines unserer Produkte sehr bewusst zu sein, da eine Rücksendung oder ein Umtausch mit hohen Kosten verbunden und nicht umweltfreundlich ist.

Wenn du dir bezüglich der Größe deiner Bestellung nicht sicher bist, verwende bitte die Größentabellen, die wir für jedes unserer Produkte bereitstellen. Lies dir diese bitte sorgfältig durch und überlege auch gut, welche Farbe/n und Variationen du bestellen möchtest.

Trotzdem möchten wir natürlich, dass du mit deinem Kauf zufrieden bist. Wenn du also feststellen solltest, dass dir deine Bestellung nicht passt, teile uns dies bitte mit. Rücktrittsrecht:

Nach europäischem Recht hast du das Recht, innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt deiner Ware vom Vertrag zurückzutreten. Um das Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, sende uns bitte eine E-Mail mit den Gründen für den Widerruf. Bei einem Produktionsfehler (beschädigte Kleidung, falsches Design, etc.) ist es wichtig, Bilder hinzuzufügen.

Die Ware ist unverzüglich innerhalb von vierzehn Tagen nach Absendung des Widerrufs an uns zurückzusenden. (Die genaue Adresse geben wir dir im jeweiligen Fall bekannt)

Sobald wir deine Rücksendung erhalten haben, dauert es ungefähr 10-14 Werktage, um deine Rückerstattung zu bearbeiten.

Stornierungen:

Mit Zahlungseingang geht der Käufer den verbindlichen Vertrag ein und die Daten werden zur Produktion weitergegeben. Eine Bestellung kann nur storniert werden, solange die Produktion noch nicht begonnen hat.

Eine Rückzahlung erfolgt innerhalb der nächsten 2 Tage mit dem verwendeten Zahlungsmittel, jedoch ist bei bereits begonnener Produktion eine Stornierung und Rückzahlung nicht mehr möglich.
